Looking for PP fitness routine!!
Hey ladies :) so I’m only 32 weeks, and will be having my baby in the end of May (if everything goes according to plan).
It will be nearly summer, so I’m wondering if any of you ladies have a planned post-partum fitness routine!!
I’m pretty sedentary to be honest, and like now I’m out of breath walking down the street. I also know I’m overweight. If anyone has any weight loss tips for after baby that will boost my self image that would be amazing!!! Thank you in advance :)💕💕
