Everything except drugs, alcohol and fish high with mercury ☺👌 seriously see this question so often and don't know how outdated info still gets circulated around

Some women will argue the alcohol, I just want to know what doctors will actually say they can? Like that’s a liability on them why would they. Some women say there doctors say it’s okay though 🤷🏻‍♀️

You can pretty much eat anything. Some stuff you just want to eat in moderation, like cold deli meat. I think sushi is definitely a no no but I'm not 100% since I don't eat it anyways.

Don’t forgot hotdogs and lunch meats! Unfortunately, they carry a bacteria called “listeria” in which can cause miscarriage, preterm labor and other complications. 
Which sucks, because I’ve had a horrible craving for both! 😪😭😭
