What do i do 🤦🏼

My mother is such a sweet lady but she is on drugs she tries to hide it but i always find things like needles etc & I'm not sure if she even knows i know but she's always complaining about being sick & on google everyday saying "this is what's wrong with me" I'm not saying she isn't sick but she refuses to go to the dr she always has an excuse to why she can't go it's very upsetting seeing her this way
