Period pains!!

Okay so I'm 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant today. All day today and more this evening I've been having like period type cramps. Not like implantation pains as I had them last week at around 10-12dpo. I am aware of them as this is my third pregnancy. But the periodish type pains I don't remember. They aren't too painful but obvious and noticeable and feeling I might get myself a hot water bottle. Is this normal in early pregnancy any advice would be appriciated?
