I was looking at my early ultrasound pic and noticed something right below the gestational sac. This was when I was 5 weeks, but we were able to see the yolk sac in the GS it’s just not pictured. However, I was joking with my husband about the dark spot just to the lower right of the GS being another sac. He took a look at it and laughed but then said wait it looks like there’s a yolk sac and baby in that one. So now I can’t get it off my mind because I see it too. Can someone please let me know what we may be seeing so we don’t get our hopes us? 😂 I had an early scan to rule out ectopic so this was not with my regular OB and they weren’t looking for anything other than making sure ectopic is out. She wasn’t even concerned about how the GS pictured is measuring, whether there was a yolk sac (I just happened to see it). So now I’m thinking what if there is something else there since she wasn’t even in there to see a viable pregnancy let alone more than one?!
