Anyone done prenatal yoga yet?

I’m 21 weeks- is it too early to join prenatal yoga classes? I’m not sure if I’ll be the only one in my 2nd trimester there...

I started at 16 weeks and it's great plus in my class you get to have a nap at the end😂😂

I’ve been going since 9 weeks! There’s no such thing as too early!

My doctor wants me to do prenatal yoga since I can’t have an epidural.
But she wants to wait until my morning sickness is well and truly over before she signs off on it.
I think it should be fine for her to sign off on it at my next appointment~!
I just hit 22 weeks today

I’m 18 weeks and I’ve been going since 13 weeks! There are usually people at my class who are anywhere from about 13-40 weeks.

I’m starting tomorrow and I will be 22 weeks - I’m trying anything to stop this hip pain that I have, so painful! X

I started at 8 weeks there’s absolutely no reason why not too! Just don’t over push yourself, if something doesn’t feel comfortable then don’t do it 😊 but I’m loving yoga so far
