Red spot on breast

Hi ladies. So a few days ago I noticed on my breast this red circle. It doesn’t hurt to touch, isn’t a bruise nor hickey, my skin is just legit red. The size of the diameter has gotten slightly bigger since I noticed it a few days ago. My insurance doesn’t really end up covering appointments financially so I don’t want to jump on an appointment. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this & what your experience was.

I’d like to add that I’m 20, never had a mammogram or anything of those sorts
