Only worked out for 15 mins

I couldn’t do anymore and I feel bad about it. Feel like my workout wasn’t good enough. I hardly broke a sweat. I’ve been sick for the past week and a half and haven’t been able to workout. But I can usually do 30 to 40 mins. Just feeling down on myself.

Don't be sad, atleast you tried, I work out 3-4 times a week(atleast try) but definitely can't exercise when I'm out of energy or tired(didn't get enough sleep), it's okay :)
