So im about 4wks today and havent got sore boobs? Also feeling bloated, n having twinges here n there.. im guessing its everything changeing and stretching etc? I had a mc in jan so every feeling is a worry

I miscarried in January as well and am 4 weeks. I’ve had nausea and cramps short and sporadic. Yesterday not much cramping but really upset stomach last night today barely any nausea but lots of sporadic cramps walking helps them go away. Super worried everyone says relax but how???
