PCOS stinks!

I’m 13 days passed my period and it’s no shocker because I have PCOS. I took a pregnancy test and I got a negative. So I took an ovulation test yesterday afternoon and an got a positive... so hubby and I bd and this morning ovulation test got lighter... hopefully this is it???

What do y’all think? I have had PCOS before I had my first born and it took 6 months for him to be conceived and then almost two months later got pregnant with my second and now it’s been 6 months for this third baby so fingers crossed!
