Confused

Hey. So I have no clue what's going on with my body. Last day of period was the 26 march, I did an ovulation test and got 2 lines, although the second was very faint. Couple of days later I did another and only had 1 line? Does this mean I ovulated whilst on my period? Anyway on the 1st I was having a pee and I was hit with sudden and severe abdominal pain on the left, it lasted for about 20 mins. It was so bad I couldn't even sit or stand. Then it stopped as suddenly as it started. I did another ovulation test after this to see but came back negative. Anyone else experience this?
