4dpo symptoms?

Hi I'm 4dpi and have been getting mild cramps off and on, have a funny taste in my mouth when I wake up, feeling slightly sick too off and on. Now my stomach is starting to feel hard my husband noticed this too. Is this an early pregnancy sign??
