Dr Visit & Discussion on Tube tie

So i just left from my dr office. But before i left he brung up again whether i decided to tie my tubes. I told him no i dont plan to evem though this is my fourth c-section and there are risks every pregnancy after i still dont wont them TIED! i couldn't live with the fact knowing i wont be able to have anymore babies. This is me and my fiance first baby together and he will want another baby years later. My ob also had me to sign a tubal tie paper just incase i decide I'll go agead and have it done but im Not and NO MEANS NO 😖 I feel like crying rn.
