SERIOUS QUESTION!!

I'm 15 and have been sexually active for a while. Sometimes when I get fingered my vagina will get extremely swollen even though I'm not dry. This happened to me today and I was bleeding too. I'm not sure if he cut me or I got my period early but since this doesn't always happen I'm wondering if it's normal. He can be really rough too. Does this happen to anyone else?
