Gestational diabetes or anemia?

I’ve been having moments of feeling faint.

Today was the worst, I was at work and started to feel strange so I went and sat down. Then I felt better so I got up again, and started to feel bad again. So I went to sit AGAIN. I got up this last time and was standing around for a little bit and went to sit cause I was tired. Then all of a sudden I started to feel really dizzy, and hot and clammy, and my hearing started to diminish, so I went to the ground thinking I was going to hit the floor if I didn’t.

I called my dr and I was supposed to get my glucose testing done in two weeks, but they want me to do it tomorrow because of what’s happened.

Any opinions on what this could be? I’m going to the dr tomorrow anyways for testing but just curious if anyone else felt this way?
