Baby Sitting

Okay SAHM if you decided work wasnt for you anymore and started staying home but was gonna babysit for extra cash on the side, how much would you charge for a 3 yo and *4 month old, M-f 8-4 (40 hrs)

My old coworker said I can go back to work since shes leaving and can baby sit for me and another coworker. (We work in the Marijuana industry and worked nights til they cut off night shift and day wasnt working for 2 of us moms.)

But I dont wanna lowball her in paying and I dont want to be over charged.
