When should I announce?

So I’ve announced to my mom, sister and mil as soon as i was pregnant & to friends on instagram at around 14 weeks that I was pregnant. BUTTTTT im now 16 and a half weeks and i’ve yet to announce to the rest of my family. They are a bit judgemental so thats why i’ve held off but im doing a Gender Reveal in 3 weeks. So im not sure if I should tell them now or wait until after my Anatomy Scan in 2 weeks. ? Pls help give advice 😭😭😭😭

Im 20 btw incase you may think im a scared teen. Im not, im 20 and in my 3rd yr of college.
