Small bleed? Subchrionic hematoma?

Question

Anyone else find a subchrionic hematoma during your first ultrasound? Did you doctor seem worried? I haven’t had any vaginal bleeding but I am a hugely anxious person and it’s freaking me out.

I did....doc said it was small but to take it easy and avoid lifting too much, etc.  Made me a little nervous tbh.  Hoping it's gone at the 12 week scan.

Yes I have another ultrasound tom, never spotted and hopefully it’s small

I had 2 and some dark Brown spotting for about a week. Stopped now. Dr. Wasnt worried. I even asked if I should be on bed rest for a few weeks or anything and he said no it wouldnt do anything. They take care of themselves eventually. I have another ultrasound tomorrow morning.

Me! They are normal and the body will absorb the blood on its own over time. The only time they worry is if it’s very large.

I have had a suchorionic hematoma in 2 pregnancies. Both times I was told that they are completely normal. Sometimes you will spot and sometimes you won't!
