Do you believe that if you are in a foreign country and are working in a foreign country while dealing with customers you should be able to understand what the customer is saying?
While listening to a local radio station here in Ireland the radio host was saying he was frustrated when he went into restaurant but the person who was serving him did not speak English and did not understand him.in what he was looking for so my question is if you are dealing with the public should you have a good understanding of the main language if that country?
