Bleeding at 6 weeks!!! UPDATE

I’m six weeks today and have had no bleeding until this morning. Felt some thin fluid and went to the bathroom. It’s watery, but definitely blood-tinged. It’s more than spotting, but not a full period. I’m very concerned. Anyone had something similar? What was the outcome? Kinda freakin’ out over here!

Update: the bleeding became bright red, but still not a full flow or anything. I had an US. Baby was detected and measured exactly as predicted (6w0d). Heartbeat was 122. No reason for bleeding was found. I have a follow up next Friday. Fingers crossed!
