Am I pregnant?

Okay so this is really annoying! I took BC for two weeks to delay my last period while my husband and I were on a cruise. Then when we got home I went off of the BC and had my period, a few days after my period ended we had sex again. I figured I wasn’t covered under the BC anymore and it was a fertile day but I had a gut feeling I wouldn’t get pregnant for some reason. Anyway now my period is 5 days late and I have taken 4 tests all of them are negative but my period still isn’t starting. I don’t know what to think, is my period just messed up because I took BC last month or am I pregnant and it just won’t show on a test? I don’t care if I am or if I’m not, it’s just so frustrating not knowing what is going on. Thoughts?
