No hartbeat on doppler but on us?

I'm 18-5 and had an apt today and the dr couldn't find the baby's hartbeat with the doppler but found it on the ultrasound so my question is this something i should be worried about? Has this happened to anyone else?

I had a retroverted uterus (tilted backwards) and mine didn't show once either. I was sent straight to sono and everything was fine!

No cause for concern. This early on it can still be difficult to catch on the Doppler.

Nope, it has happened to me it might have been the baby was moving to much

They haven't been able to find the heartbeat on the Doppler ever, they have to pull out the ultrasound and then they find it. I'm 16w3d

That happened at my last sonogram too. Doctor didn't seem too concerned because they found it.on the sono and said baby was probably moving to much to pick it up on doppler

You could have a anterior placenta I've heard that makes it hard to hear. As long as it was seen no worries
