Easily offended?

Does anyone else feel like when they try to make a suggestion or give advice based on their own experience or knowledge, that people automatically get offended and think you're trying to bash them? For example, if they post a picture of a child buckled incorrectly and you point it out you're a jerk? Even though you are just trying to offer help? It just seems like people are so easily offended

I think it depends on how you approach it. If you messaged someone in private about their kid being buckled in the car seat wrong, it's different versus calling them out publicly.

I think since you can’t really depict tone through text, people automatically assume things are being said in a hateful or bitchy tone. It’s their own insecurity causing them to constantly jump the gun self defend!

It's the worst! I'm sorry, but people are TOO DAMN SENSITIVE nowadays. Its flipping annoying. I got shit so many times on this app for the most stuff, and God forbid you have your own opinion... you'll get chewed out if you're not a lamb to the slaughter..  some days I cant! It's the worst!
