Healthy quick meal ideas
As a FT working mom with a baby and a toddler, I find the hardest thing is to come up with new dinner ideas that are quick to make. I get home at 5:45 and dinner basically needs to be on the table by 6:15 so we have time for both girls’ bedtime routine. My husband helps right when he gets home but that’s not until 6:15-6:30. Costco meals are a lifesaver at least once a week but I really want healthier meals. What do you ladies do?
