Going back to work

My baby is 2 weeks old today. I’m an infant teacher and scheduled to go back to work in June.. I honestly don’t know how I’ll handle it- my husband will stay with the baby (he’s taking his paternity leave when I go back to work) and I’ll be gone all day taking care of other people children.

I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it! I don’t wanna leave my baby! I already cried just by thinking about it.

Thinking about finding a job in another field but I’ve been in childcare for years now. Any suggestions?

I’m not allowed to have my baby in the same building I work at (there are 2 more locations) and I’d have to pay full tuition, which I can’t afford. No discounts for employees smh
