Need Advice, no bashing please

Kind of a long post, sorry.

I'm 27wks today, and getting more nervous day by day.

First a little back story...

This is my forth pregnancy, first son was a natural birth after being induced at 34wks due to Preeclampsia starting at 26wks. Second pregnancy was twins and it resulted in a emergency C-section at 32wks due to no lung movement and decreased fetal movement on bigger twin, (thankfully both twins are doing fine now, minor medical issues) third pregnancy was sadly a miscarriage last July. Forth (current) I became pregnant in October with this little guy and am due July 5th, however my OB has told me to start looking a day in my 37th week to schedule a Csection because it's "protocol" after a previous Csection.. they aren't even talking Abt letting me have a Trial of labor beforehand I'm heartbroken by this💔 because this pregnancy has been so smooth (just severe back pain since around 20wks) no Preeclampsia, no gestational diabetes, everything is near textbook with this pregnancy..

So my question is..

Any mom's have a previous Csection and went on to have vaginal births later? Or is this for real?

Should I try to find another OB or just go with it?

I recovered amazingly from my Csection almost 4yrs ago, was up walking to and from the NICU, downstairs to the cafeteria and all over the hospital 30hrs afterwards..

I just really wanted my final pregnancy to be vaginal, and I fear a Csection because it will just be myself and my (soon to be) 4 kids after we come home from the hospital

I'm a single mom, and my close family all work and can't just take off work.
