Confused

So I still don’t know if I’m pregnant all my test say positive went to an obgyn today at first he did ultrasound said it was to early come back in 3 weeks prescribed me with prenatal and an asthma pump since whn I had my oldest my asthma was really bad then when I was walking out said he don’t know for me to schedule to get a blood test but I havnt had cycle in 2 weeks 3 days it’s confusing tf outta me 😒 I’ve never missed a cycle for anything n when I did it was just a few days late
