iud users!!!!

have any of you women who use or used an iud gotten pregnant on it? I know its 1 out of 100 percent of getting pregnant with it. however I know your period can become lighter, not come every month or can stop all together. I've had mine for almost two years now and my period was regular for a long time now I've missed a period by three days....can that be okay? is it possible?
