Can it be a sign?

I had a uh oh Friday night, and my boyfriend didn't pull out.. I've been feeling pregnant ( like I did with my last 3 ) and started spotting brown blood. I called my ob and they can't see me until Wednesday. Just wondering what others thought. I did take a plan b at like 72 hour marker, so I doubt it'll work.
