Opinions please!

Had implant out 16th December , first period was 37 days after getting it out started 26th January then cycle two was 29 days long came 24th February, now third cycle currently waiting for af to arrive on cycle day 42 & no where in sight! Took first response this morning & was negative! Is this normal after getting implant out ? We are ttc which is killing me as my cycle is all over the place 😭😭
