7w pp and havent has my first pp period yet. just wondering on average how many breastfeeding mommas didn’t get their period.

Got mine around 12 months pp both times!

I didn't have my period till she was about 7 months and I had to go back to work. I couldn't pump often enough and my supply slow dropped and I got my period.

Breastfeeding never stopped my period. I have always had a 28 day cycle. My first pregnancy twins! I’m just so damn fertile! Nothing will stop my cycle expect a pregnancy.

I got one at two months postpartum. Then six months then at ten months. It was super irregular until he hit a year old. Still nursing he’s now two and due with another today

I learned (too late) with my first one that you can generally avoid a period returning if you don’t go longer than 6 hours between nursing/pumping. So with my second and third I made sure not to go past 5 1/2 hours and it worked. I kept it away for 10 months with my second and 6-7 months with my third (had to stop nursing).
