BC or no?

So me and my boyfriend have sex quite often now. I’m not on any form of birth control. However we use condoms AND he pulls out and cums away from my vagnia every time we have sex. Sometimes I give him oral before we have sex and he cums, but we always use a condom before any penis to vagina contact. I have strict parents who wouldn’t allow birth control and I need to know if I should secretly get it or should I be okay?
