Negative OPK and spotting

Yesterday I had a lot of EWCM, negative opk. Today opk still negative (I am supposed to ovulate) and I had a good amount of brown spotting earlier with cramps no EWCM. Should I be concerned? I was on antibiotics last month for BV could it affect my cycle this month?
