How to stay motivated to work out and eat well
What do you do to stay motivated to work out and eat healthy?
Mentally I hate how much weight I have gained (about 30lbs) in the past four years and I want to eat better and exercise, for health but also to feel better about myself. For some reason this hasn’t been enough motivation for me to stick to any kind of workout plan or diet change.
I hate the gym and I don’t get any sense of accomplishment from doing a workout (at the gym or at home) and I haven’t been successful for more than a few weeks with eating healthier.
