AF is late.. Still BFN

AF is over a week late and every urine test has been negative.  We are have been trying since our second miscarriage in May for baby #1.  I don't have symptoms like I did the other 2 times.  I've been testing every couple days as I have to start medication the instant I know I'm pregnant to help prevent another miscarriage.  Any advice or similar stories that turned out positive?
