I desperately need help potty training

We've been trying to potty train our son for a while now and we used sticker charts, star charts, prizes, candies everything to try and get him to have fewer accidents. NOTHING is working. He knows not to go potty in his pants but some times he just doesnt even bother trying. I dont know what to do at this point.
