Missed period!

I just turned 35. I'm 6 days late. My breasts are super sore, light cramping, extremely tired all the time and very moody. I took 2 HPTs and they both came out negative. I don't know what to think or do. I don't have insurance so i can't really go to a doctor. Please give me some advise! Thank you.
