Quitting breastfeeding...help
So I am ready to be done breastfeeding. I am down to pumping twice a day a 8am & 8pm. What is the best way to finish this off?
Do I just stop pumping at one of them like I have with all the others? Do I stop both together? Do I stop looking at the clock at just go as long as I possibly can between pump sessions (12+ hours)?
