You can become dehydrated and it’s not good for you or your baby. Dehydration can cause cramping and even contractions. Try to drink water or try flavoring your water to make it taste better.

When I was around 30 weeks pregnant, I THOUGHT I was drinking enough water. Turns out I wasn't. I got super light headed at work, thought it was going to throw up, felt like I needed to use the bathroom. Went to the bathroom & passed out. Woke up maybe 5 minutes later. I was so weak I wasn't able to really move. After it passed I was fine. I went to the hospital & had to sit there & drink a ton of water before they released me.
