Baby Aspirin question!!

I have this thing called MTHFR can cause clotting, I lost my first baby due to clots in the placenta before I found out I had MTHFR. My second pregnancy they put me on baby Aspirin (1 a day) that baby was healthy! I am 8 weeks now. I have not seen a doctor yet, we just moved. Hopefully they call back and I get in in a few weeks. But until than can I start the baby Aspirin now? Or should I wait until I see a Dr.? I don't want to harm this baby if I take it or if I don't :/
