Having Cramps

So I’ve been trying to conceive for the past year no luck I went to my doc she says I’m fine and to not think about it so I went to target and started drinking these fertility mixes every day I’ve had sex on my ovulation days and before it says my cycle is due in 12 days but I’m starting to have minor cramps in my lower stomach as always I cramp before my period comes and when it does come do you think I can still be Preg even though I’m having the cramps
