Pain after intense sex, help!!

I have long and intense sex with him everytime we see each other: twice per week.

Now my vagina, lips and the perineum hurt bad...it's irritated and really sensitive.

It itches so much as well...

Pretty sure I don't have any infections since there's no smell or weird discharges.

Has anyone ever had that and can tell me how to deal with that???

Any soothing cream you can recommend me???
