Surprise pregnancy

So Friday 4/5 I went in to get my tubes tied.

I’ve been set on just having one kid as long as I can remember. Well my doctor came in and told me I was pregnant.

I honestly am not sure how to feel.

They did an ultrasound sound I was 6wks 6ds at that time. Baby looked good and had a strong heart beat.

My girl just turned 2 on April 4th.

I’m also on bipolar meds, mixed with anxiety which aren’t best for baby, but I can’t stop taking these meds cold turkey.

So now I’m so worried because I’ve been taking these meds for this entire pregnancy so far.

I just have a lot of emotions going on right now.
