I was changing my baby diaper and I noticed three small bumps and I was thinking it was a diaper rash so i put some cream on it. What do you guys think it is? Sorry if it’s blurry she kept moving and I couldn’t focus it

Try using different diapers :) 
Switched my son from pampers to huggies, no more irritation!

Irritation maybe.  I had to change diapers because my son would break out.  You may want to try different diaper creams too.

Most likely diaper rash. Put the diaper rash cream on and see if it helps.
