I need help...

I’m 17 I’m going through a really dark time and I need help. I started to drink to numb the pain but it never worked and now I’m ready to give up, I need to go to the hospital.. if they admit me into the psych ward, will I get arrested for drinking? I know they’ll find the alcohol in my urine and blood.. I don’t need lectures I know I fucked up and it was wrong I just need help sorry if this is the wrong place to post
