Low HCG

I had a miscarriage in August and found out I was pregnant a week ago- on the exact due date of our miscarried baby. Surely I believed this was a sign- how could it not be? I got my blood work done and first hcg levels were normal but went back 3 days later to have them repeated just to be safe. I just found out they aren’t rising as expected. 258 Monday and 381 Thursday. I’m going in for another round tomorrow and am dreading waiting for the results. I’m really trying to stay positive but I can’t even believe this might be happening again...
