Low AHM and FSH

I am 31 almost 32 and learned recently I have a low AHM for my age and FSH. I am wondering if any other ladies are struggling with this and what they are doing to help TTC? I have had very long cycles which I am wondering cause my hormones to be low during the testing. I had my blood drawn on what I thought was my third full day of my period. But I find it hard to tell because recently my period has been super light spotting or bleeding for two sometimes three weeks. My AHM was .85 and my FSH was 2.3. I am looking for a specialist in my area to learn more about what I can do to help increase numbers but I thought I reach out to see if anyone else is experiencing this as well.
