Clomid (first round)

Well, I took clomid for the first time. My doctor did an ultrasound and told me I have PCOS. I find it hard to believe because I have regular periods. I'm sure that's not the only side effect but still. Anyways, my period was supposed to start yesterday and it still isn't here. I don't feel pregnant though. I just really hope it worked. I'm ttc for my second child. First one is almost 7.
