Hair Dye and TTC

I’m ovulating today and dyed my hair with permanent dye at home. Did not even cross my mind until after that maybe I shouldn’t be doing that while I’m TTC. Have read it’s mostly safe to dye hair and I know I’m not pregnant yet, but I miscarried late last year so now I’m super anxious I could be causing harm. I feel so stupid and mad at myself. Has anyone talked to their doctors about this? Is it safe to dye hair while TTC and during the 2 week wait?
