Sorry if the title isn’t clear. To elaborate, my husband and I went on a trip for my birthday and I spent $1500 for his portion, no big deal to me, cause it’s my husband and he takes care of me the best way he can. I have loads of cash saved so I wasn’t worried about the amount just the experience of our trip. He’s spent larger amounts on me and I never felt the need to pay him back, even when we were dating. He said he will give it to me soon as he comes back from military training. I told him it’s not a big deal. What do you guys think. Do you pay your significant other back? Or does it not matter or does the amount make the difference.
